EchoVC Partners is an experienced seed, early-stage and growth (EchoVC+) venture capital fund focused on financing and cross-pollinating leading technology companies and teams with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. Our average investment size ranges from $50,000 to up to $20 million USD depending on the stage of opportunity and capital needs of the business.
Our team capitalizes on the benefits that geo-diversity and knowledge transfer provide to successfully fund the best entrepreneurs and companies in the geographic markets we serve. We are interested in finding and funding amazing teams to build, deliver and scale services and products that matter in local and eventually global audiences. Our segments of interest include: Consumer Internet and Services, SmartGraph and SmartData, Mobile, Digital Media, Content and Advertising, E/M-commerce, Software, Tech-enabled Services and Enterprise Infrastructure.
In Sub-Saharan Africa, we are focusing on the underserved seed/early-stage venture and growth capital technology investment opportunities. Using our Silicon Valley insights and experience, along with knowledge as an amplifier, we aim to fund and develop strategic platforms, incubate local high potential growth companies and help develop mentorship opportunities and local networks. Our goal is to add significant value to, and grow, the tech-based entrepreneurial ecosystems across the continent.
